Shou Sugi Ban House, a thirteen room destination spa and retreat, embodies global wellness and healing arts practices for guests in pursuit of integrative wellness featuring holistic living, nutrition, hydrotherapy, yoga, meditation and movement. The only comprehensive wellness program in the Hamptons, Shou Sugi Ban House is located on over three acres, just ninety miles outside of New York City.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create and manage daily Spa, Event or Retreat bookings via email and by phone

• Keep up-to-date with all programs, promotions and offerings at Shou Sugi Ban House

• Update corresponding documents & guest counts for execution/departmental planning

• Intake and distribute pre-arrival information for retreat guests

• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of client details & bookings

• Assist and work with Reservations Manager and Program Manager to plan and prepare daily schedules for Spa, Retreat and/or Event guests

• Utilize Maestro PMS, Salesforce CRM, Google Drive

• Assist with additional guest services when necessary

Prerequisites & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

• Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel preferred

• Strong problem solving and organization skills

• Flexible mentality and willingness to learn

• Clear enunciation and friendly, engaging tone of voice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
